Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
For the purposes of the GDPR, Provider operates as a “Processor” on behalf of the “Controller”. Our obligation is to meet the requirements as outlined in Chapter 28 of the GDPR. If Provider receives a data subject access request, as defined under Chapter 3 of the GDPR, we will provide notice to the “controller” for fulfilment of the request.
